Welcome to Quicktok! By using the Quicktok mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
- Scope of Services
Quicktok is an online platform that allows users to book appointment tickets with doctors and clinics. Through the App, users can book either a free normal appointment or a VIP appointment, which requires a payment. Doctors and clinics can manage their schedule and time slots via the Quicktok website. - User Eligibility
- Users may use the App with or without creating an account. However, in both cases, users must provide their country, state, and area information to ensure accurate location-based services.
- Users must be at least 18 years old to use the payment functionality of the App.
- Account Registration
- While registration is optional, registered users gain access to additional features such as booking history and profile management.
- Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep their account information updated.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and agree not to share their account with third parties.
- Appointment Types and Fees
- Normal Appointments: Free for all users.
- VIP Appointments: Paid appointments with an associated charge, processed through Razorpay. This charge is directed to the doctor/clinic and does not include any platform fees.
- Payment and Refund Policy
- Payments for VIP appointments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Refunds for VIP appointments are available only if canceled at least 1 hour before the appointment time.

- Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Users can cancel both normal and VIP appointments up to 1 hour before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

- Privacy and Data Collection
- We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for ensuring all information provided during booking and registration is accurate and up-to-date.
- Users agree not to misuse the App or engage in any activity that disrupts the functionality of Quicktok or infringes on the rights of other users or third parties.
- Intellectual Property
- Quicktok owns all intellectual property rights associated with the App, including trademarks, logos, designs, and content.
- Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Limitation of Liability
- Quicktok is not responsible for the services rendered by doctors or clinics. Any disputes regarding medical services should be resolved directly with the provider.
- Quicktok is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to appointment delays or cancellations.
- Account Deletion
- Users may delete their account within the App’s profile section. Account deletion is permanent, and all associated data, including appointment history, will be removed.

- Amendments to Terms
- Quicktok reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the App following any modification signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
