Refund Policy
- VIP Appointment Refunds
- Refunds are eligible if the doctor or clinic cancels the VIP appointment or if there is a scheduling error on their part.
- To request a refund, please email queratok2024@gmail.com with your booking details.
- Refund Processing
- Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed through Razorpay. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Non-Refundable Appointments
- Normal (free) appointments do not require payment and are thus non-refundable.
- VIP appointment fees are non-refundable if the user cancels the booking.
